Sound Proof Underwear

I heard something on the Radio today while out, about someone inventing Sound Proof Underpants!

Id really like some sound proof boxers or underpants.
As when you fart on a leather sofa, it amplifies it 10 times!

Though farting on a leather sofa is rather fun, I really dont want the sound to be made louder.

Anyone else heard of these?
